Prior to co-founding Factor in 2013, Kareem spent 18 years at global creative agencies including Organic, FCB, and Ogilvy & Mather. He’s led highly-awarded campaigns for Nike, Google, Ubisoft Entertainment, Bank of America, Constellation Brands, and plenty more. His work has been honored by the One Show, Communication Arts, the New York Festival, and more. He holds a BA from Princeton University, and two MAs from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He’s also a certified airline pilot; on weekends and evenings you’ll find him flying regional jets for United Express out of SFO.
