Sr. Interactive Designer

We’re looking for a seasoned interactive designer with at least 4 years of experience and a stunning, polished portfolio. You’ll create beautiful digital experiences from concept to final execution. You’ll collaborate with other designers, copywriters, creative leads, project managers, and developers to create innovative web experiences that people love to use. In addition to websites, you’ll design emails, social campaigns, display ads, and conceptual campaign ideas. You can work remotely from anywhere you like in North America, or in our Portland office.

Sr. Copywriter

Are you a seasoned advertising copywriter with at least 4 years of experience and a polished, compelling portfolio? Then let’s talk. You’ll collaborate with designers, other writers, and creative leads to create groundbreaking concepts and compelling copy that’s hopefully much better than this run-on sentence. You should be equally comfortable with campaign ideation, snappy short-form writing (headlines, ad copy, etc.), plus medium-form and longer-form copy for large websites. You can work remotely from anywhere you like in North America, or in our Portland office.

Associate Creative Director

If you’re a seasoned digital creative, with at least 7–8 years of experience in either design or copywriting, then we should talk. As an ACD you’ll collaborate with other creatives to produce groundbreaking work, manage the daily creative flow of your projects, and act as the lead creative point of contact with your client partners. You’re comfortable leading creative teams on all sorts of digital projects, but you’re also perfectly OK with rolling up your sleeves and exercising your own design or writing abilities when the project calls for it. You can work remotely from anywhere you like in North America, or in our Portland office.

Sr. Program Manager

You’re a lion-tamer, plate-juggler, cat-herder, and client soothsayer. Your primary goal is to ensure that our creative teams can deliver groundbreaking work that exceeds client expectations, within agreed budgets and timelines. You’ll partner with our clients to write clear creative briefs. You’ll build project schedules, prepare project proposals that deliver cost-effective solutions, and keep your teams informed of everything that’s happening on the project. You’ll be a central point of contact for client requests, and a key representative of the agency. You can work remotely from anywhere you like in North America, or in our Portland office.
